  Jake and Recreate Contracting LLC have done several large scale projects for us. They managed and performed the construction of a new house in the backyard of our existing home in Seattle. The process of qualifying and permitting that type of structure is handled under the DADU program in the Seattle department of land use. It is a complicated process and Jake handled all aspects of it.
Recreate has also installed a complete heat pump air conditioner system on another home of ours. It was done quickly and the installation was very clean. Once again Jake handled all aspects from permitting to procurement and installation.
Recreate contracting LLC has also done many smaller maintenance and repair projects on both our residential and commercial space. All work was done in a professional and timely manner.
